Telluride Blues & Brews Festival
The Telluride Blues & Brews Festival hosts 35 microbrewers, over 15 blues acts, three days of fun in the sun surrounded by 13,000 foot peaks. Saturday hosts the Grand Tasting with 35 micro breweries from the Southwestern United States. Entry gets you unlimited tasting for three hours, a commemorative tasting glass and a full day of national blues acts.

4th Annual Brooklyn Beer Fest
Location: outside the Brooklyn Brewery
Boasting more than 100 styles of beer from over 25 breweries from around the world. This fest coincides with the official first day of Oktoberfest. Live music by James Reams & the Barnstormers and Eric Lindell & the Reds, food from local restaurants and a root beer garden for the kids are also featured.

Great Canadian Brewing Festival
Location: Gryphon Centre, University of Guelph
Fourth annual edition of this beer fest featuring over 200 beers from more than fifty breweries. The stated goal of the event is to "stimulate interest and exposure to the growing diversities of beer in an innovative atmosphere."
