WhiskyFest Chicago
The fifth annual WhiskyFest Chicago, with its brother event in New York one of the two largest independent whisky events in the U.S., will feature more than 250 of the world's finest and rarest whiskies, including the finest single malt and blended Scotch whiskies, the best bourbons and Tennessee whiskeys, top of the line Irish whiskeys, and the best from Canada. As well, thirteen entertaining distillery managers and master blenders will be on hand presenting a variety of themed seminars. A gourmet buffet and Scottish crystal nosing glass are all included in the price. The focus is on education, and distillery representatives will be on hand at the pouring booths to explain how the whiskies are made.

Belgian Beer Celebration
Combine WhiskyFest with this inaugural event featuring more than 100 specialty beers for sampling, as well as a selection of Belgian foods, information, displays, seminars and beer paraphernalia. Program schedule: Day 1 (April 15th) 1.30-5pm - Tasting, seminars and cooking displays (For trade professionals and media only) 6.30pm - Gourmet dinner open to business professionals and the public ($70/person, reservation required.)
