Calling itself "America's Largest International Beer Festival," this annual event takes place in two sessions of 3.5 hours each, with all tastings included in the ticket price. Food and musical entertainment are also provided.

Flaveurs Bières et Caprices

A three day, four session event celebrating the harmonies that exist between beer and food, and highlighting the craft breweries of Italy. For more information, please see this month's feature story. Location: Le Windsor Ballroom, 1170 Peel St.
Hours: Thursday evening, Friday evening and Saturday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., as well as Saturday afternoon, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Price: $75 plus tax per session; a four session passport is $200 plus tax; designated drivers are $40 per session.

Kerstbierfestival

There are other festivals in Belgium that are better known, but none that boasts the combination of great beer and relaxed, easy-going atmosphere that does the annual Kerstbierfestival. Hours: Saturday 2:00 pm - midnight, Sunday noon - 8:00 pm
Price: Free admission. Tasting tokens are €1.50 each or 11 tokens for €15; most beers are one token for a 150 ml sample.
